After an early breakfast, you’ll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater at approximately 6:15 a.m. to search for the elusive black rhino, one of the most challenging animals to spot within this extraordinary wildlife sanctuary. Thanks to the crater’s unique geography—a large, enclosed volcanic caldera—most animals here are easier to observe compared to other parks.

Enjoy a morning game drive, followed by lunch within the crater. Around 12:45 p.m., you’ll begin your ascent from the crater floor and prepare for your journey back to Arusha. After packing up, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Arusha and later to the airport for your onward travel.
